Somatic healing is a body-based approach that works directly with the nervous system to release stored stress and trauma. Through breathwork, body awareness, and regulation practices, you retrain your physiology to move out of survival states and into balance.
Stress can show up in the body as digestive issues, physical tension or pain, inability to sleep, etc. Through somatic work, we address the body’s stress responses directly. Helping you regulate your nervous system (the base line of information in the body), and restore a natural state of ease.

Nina started her practice traveling the world as a motivational youth counselor. Working with youth from Cambodia to Taiwan and more.
She now lives in Dallas, TX where she has a flourishing coaching practice working with people from all ages and walks of life.
Nina Aiyana is an Awaken Awareness Coach, yoga therapist, and guide who integrates psychology, neuroscience, and somatic practices to support deep, sustainable change. With over a decade of experience in teaching and coaching, she helps clients regulate their nervous systems, release old patterns, and reconnect with themselves.
Her approach blends evidence-based tools with spiritual wisdom, offering practical strategies for stress relief, emotional balance, and personal growth. Through one-on-one sessions and group workshops, Nina empowers clients to cultivate resilience, align with their natural rhythms, and live with greater clarity, freedom, and vitality.
